Equipment Deodorizing Tips Brought to You by...
OT
Be
certain to use an Equipment Bag made of breathable materials.
Plastic & Rubber materials are difficult to deodorize.
Carry
a spare bag to put your wet under garments into after each session. Always
wash
Under- Garments after each use.
Hang
and air out all equipment after each session. When equipment is airing
spray all surfaces Liberally with OT.
Pay
special attention to the underside of pants and the channels that the
hip and thigh protection pieces insert into.
Gloves
should be sprayed before and after each use- this will provide maximum
protection from carrying the odor around on your hands.
Spray
inside skates and the underside of skate tongue.
Spray
athletic cups where molds, mildews and fungi accumulate. If you have a
removable cup be certain to wash the cup supporter as often as possible.
Wash
suspenders as often as possible.
Pay
special attention to all elastic straps and spray liberally.
Spray
the butt end of the hockey stick after each use- all taped surfaces that
come in contact with your gloves, tape absorbs a lot of sweat
Wash
equipment bag as often as possible.
OT-
Odor Treatment must fully dry on all surfaces to be 100% effective. By
